1. Fatty fish
Fish like salmon, tuna, mackerel, and so on contains a high level of Vitamin D and Omega-3 fatty acid, which fight inflammation in our body, these substances can help to reduce the risks of getting breasts cancer, as well as stopping the cancer cells to spread to other parts of our body.
There are 2 types of Omega-3 fatty acid: DHA, and EPA, these 2 types of fatty acid are found to have similar effects in fighting off breast cancer. As DHA and EPA are anti-inflammatory, they can slow down cancer progressions that is caused by chronic inflammation. DHA and EPA can also slow down the increase, differentiation, and transfer of cancer cells, as well as showing DNA repair ability.
